Toh Yu Heng is a cybersecurity student, learner, and youth leader who is passionate about Singapore’s digital and social landscape. He is an avid self-directed learner, continuously developing his skills in IT and cybersecurity. Inspired by the Youth Corps Singapore Mission X programme, he initiated “Project New Leaf” with a group of peers to raise youth awareness about ex-offenders and their reintegration into society. As a Youth Leader for DDAS, he demonstrates strong commitment and confidence in leading fellow youths to champion Singapore’s cybersecurity future.
