Judy Saw
President
Judy Saw is Strategic Partnerships Director of Wissen International. In her role, she oversees a network of over 120 government, academia and training EC-Council partners across 10 countries, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Philippines.
Passionate about cybersecurity, Judy has dedicated herself to developing these markets and fostering the competency and capacity needed to meet the increasing demand for cybersecurity professionals. She collaborates closely with government entities and associations like the Singapore Computer Society to train over 300 CISOs with EC-Council Certified CISO program.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Judy actively raises cybersecurity awareness and supports the inclusion of women in the field of cybersecurity. She is an engaged member of various organizations, including Ladies in Cyber (Singapore), Women in Security Alliance Philippines, and Digital Innovation for Women Advancement (DICT Philippines).
Judy also serves as President of the Digital Defence Alliance Singapore (DDAS), a non-profit championing digital resilience, cybersecurity awareness, and inclusive Digital Leadership for Youths, Women, PMEs and Digital Leaders.
