Ms Faith Chng is a Lead Partnership and Alliance Manager at NCS Pte Ltd, where she drives strategic ecosystem partnerships across applications and next‑generation digital capabilities for enterprise and public sector transformation.
She brings over 25 yrs of experience from ICT and cybersecurity organisations, including Singtel, NTT, and e‑Cop, with a strong focus on partner‑led growth and product management. Faith has been consistently recognised with individual and team awards, including NCS Heroes Team Award 2025, NCS Spot Award 2025, and Singtel Group CEO Team Award 2024.
She’s an experienced industry speaker including GovWare Tech Talk 2023 and Digital for Life campaign speaker in English and Mandarin. Faith actively contributes to the community including as a Mentor at the ASEAN Youth Summit 2025 , NCS Mentor for Youth in Tech programme as well as co-leading women in tech mentoring and empowering initiatives. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Sustainability Management at NTU, with a capstone focused on green technology implementation.
