Dave is a cybersecurity and data protection leader with extensive experience across government, military, and private sectors. He serves on the IT Advisory Panel and Risk Management Committee of the Singapore Red Cross, is Group Data Protection Officer for St. John Singapore and Foundation Healthcare Holdings, and contributes to IMDA’s Data Protection Trustmark and CSA’s Cyber Essentials/Cyber Trust working groups. As founder and CEO of CyberSafe Group, he has led its expansion across Singapore, Brunei, and the Philippines, supporting SMEs, enterprises, and government agencies. Under his leadership, CyberSafe has achieved Cyber Trust Tier 5 certification, CSA Cybersecurity Awards, and the SME500 Award.
Dave has helped over 120 clinics in Singapore strengthen cybersecurity and comply with PDPA and the upcoming Healthcare Information Bill. With a background in the Singapore Armed Forces, he brings a strategic, resilience-focused approach to cybersecurity. A recognized thought leader, he regularly speaks at conferences and panels across ASEAN.
