De Hui is a Director in Forensic & Financial Crime at Deloitte Singapore. A digital forensics and eDiscovery expert, he specialises in the forensic collection, analysis, processing, and reporting of digital evidence.
With over 12 years of investigative experience, De Hui has led complex investigations and worked closely with legal teams, regulators, law enforcement agencies, and stakeholders on disputes, financial crime investigations, eDiscovery matters, and employee‑related misconduct across Southeast Asia.
In addition to his professional practice, De Hui is the lead for Legal Investigative Technology Expert Group under AiSP and also an Adjunct Faculty member at Singapore Management University (SMU), where he teaches digital forensics. In this role, he contributes to the development of future practitioners by bridging academic foundations with real‑world investigative and legal‑technology experience.
